From October through January I often have a little pot of mulling spices simmering on the stove -- it's one way I try and make the house feel extra cozy in the winter. This color gives me all those cozy feelings with warm spicy speckles on a base of the softest gray and mauve -- like your most loved flannel pajamas.
Yarn Details: 100% Superwash Merino Wool, 4-Ply, 435 yards / 100 grams. Merino Sock is a smooth, 4-ply yarn with amazing softness and stitch definition. It's my go-to sock yarn, but it will work beautifully for any pattern calling for fingering weight yarn. It is next-to-skin soft!
All of my yarn is hand-dyed in small batches with wash-fast and light-fast dyes in a professional dye studio. Although some colors can be repeated, each dye lot will be unique. I recommend alternating skeins if you are using more than one skein of the same color. I always recommend hand washing your knits in cool water, even if the yarn base contains superwash wool. As with all hand-dyed yarn, a very small amount of bleeding may occur with the first few washes -- especially with dark blues or hot pink colors.
